No. 3646/2012/C1, quash the same as the same being illegal , arbitrary, vindictive, unwarranted. without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to pay full salary from the date of suspension dated 25.9.2014 till the date of actual reinstatement with all consequential and other benefits, award costs For Petitioner :

Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
