ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, in pursuance of the complaint given before the second respondent by the Sri Vari Textiles.

2. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the complaint, the petitioner was required to appear for enquiry and the enquiry was duly conducted and the same was closed. Hence, the petitioner is no longer needed for any enquiry.
