ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6171 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13882 of 2020 vide order dated 12.10.2020, whereby the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
