ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The petitioner has come up with the writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to demolish the unauthorised construction put up by one Loganathan (4th respondent) adjacent to the Jaishree Arunachal Temple and Baktha Bajana Sabha at Arunachalapuram, Adyar, Chennai.

2.Learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3/Corporation submits that the Corporation authorities, after issuing proper notice as provided under the law, locked and sealed the premises in question, today. As such, at this stage, we are not proposed to entertain this writ petition issuing a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to demolish the unauthorised construction put up by the fourth respondent adjacent to the Jaishree Arunachal Temple and Baktha Bajana Sabha at Arunachalapuram, Adyar, Chennai. However, since the premises in question has been locked, the authorities are required to take consequential action in accordance with law. 3.In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
