This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 27.04.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.5687 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5345 of 2023 in Crime No.77 of 2023 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
