The present Application has been filed to grant further time of 6 months to complete the process of sale of the property as per the terms of the compromise recorded before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that they have no objections in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objections in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and six months time is granted.
