Also, for a direction to the respondents police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2016 given before the second respondent police and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a regular case in Cr.No.884 of 2016 dated 08.08.2016 for offences under Sections 448, 461, 427, 468 and 471 of IPC against Jayaprakash and others.

3. As regards the prayer for a direction to the police, to hand over the keys of the tea stall, such a direction cannot be given under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above, both the petitions are closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in a manner known to law.
