ORDER

Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the Original Petition in O.P.No.3174 of 2024 on the file of the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner is the father of the minor child. The respondent herein is the maternal aunt of the child. It is the respondent who filed the said O.P.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would draw the attention of this Court to a compromise arrangement worked out in HCP No.813 of 2023 before this Court on 18.07.2023. I do not want to go into the factual aspects which are not necessary for disposing of the CMP. The child is presently with the respondent and the child is not in town as on date.

4. Now, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the revision petitioner herein can very well come to the house of the respondent on 01.06.2025 at 10:00 a.m. and take the child; the revision petitioner will hand over the child back to the custody of the respondent on 26.06.2025 at 2:00 p.m., since the revision petitioner has undertaken before this Court to return the child on 26.06.2025.
