ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by L.Victoria Gowri J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife viz., Lavanya, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her liberty forthwith and from the custody of the third respondent.

2. The petitioner herein is the husband of the detenu. The detenu has been produced by the second respondent. The detenu made it clear before this Court that she is not willing to go with her husband because of the indifferences, which had crept in their matrimony.
