Both the parties are present and filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.06.2024 duly signed by them and their respective counsels.

2. The Criminal Revision Case is therefore allowed as per the terms of Joint Compromise Memo. The conviction and sentence passed by both the Courts below are set aside and the fine amount if any, paid by the petitioner/accused shall be refunded to the accused. The bail bond shall stand cancelled. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
