2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this petition which has been filed to quash the F.I.R, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mettur on 25.02.2020 and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.8 of 2020.

3. Taking into consideration of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
