The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2014 and issue a passport to her pending investigation in F.I.R. in Crime No.60 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to get instruction from the client and however, seeks liberty to the petitioner to go before the authority concerned, if the same cause of action is still subsisting.
