During the pendency of the main appeal, the 4th respondent died. Respondents 1 to 3, who are the legal heirs of the 4th respondent, are already on record.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the proposed respondents 6 to 8 are also the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that the proposed 7th respondent also died and his name has been wrongly added in C.M.P.Nos.13054, 13055 & 13058 of 2023.
3. Hence, Registry is directed to delete the name of the proposed 7th respondent.
4. These petitions are ordered.
Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and rank the proposed respondents 6 and 8 as respondents 7 & 8 in the main C.M.A.
5. Mr.Menon, learned counsel who appeared for respondents 1 to 3 takes notice for the respondents, who are now brought on record.
6. List the matter on 05.12.2023 under the caption "for arguments".
