ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent for its unlawful activities being enthralled on to the students and parents.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, his children pursued their school education with the third respondent and he paid fees, however, the third respondent refused to furnish receipt for fees paid by him. When the petitioner insisted to issue receipt, they forced the petitioner to collect Transfer Certificate of his children. Thereby, the petitioner admitted his children in the nearby school and made a complaint before the second respondent regarding the illegal act of the third respondent. Even though the same was forwarded to the first respondent, the first respondent has Page No.2 of 4
not considered the same. Hence, the petitioner filed the above writ petition before this Court for appropriate directions.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent for its unlawful activities, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that, during the pendency of this writ petition, enquiry was conducted and the petitioner's complaint was closed.
5. In view of the fair submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to forward the closure report to the petitioner to enable him to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
