(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Since there was no representation for the appellant on 08.09.2022, the matter was directed to be listed 'for dismissal' on 09.09.2022. When the appeal was listed again on 16.11.2023, there was no representation for the appellant, hence, the appeal is posted 'for dismissal' today. Even today the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready. He seeks time on the ground that he wants to engage a Senior Counsel.
