This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to renew the passport of the petitioner bearing file No.MA 1074944242825 dated 03.04.2025.

Under similar Circumstances, the Honourable Mr.Justice G.R.Swaminathan, has taken the following view in W.P.No.14199 of 2025 dated 24.05.2024 in paragraph No.3 :

"The petitioner is permitted to move the Trial Court for the relief now sought. As and when such petition is filed, it shall be allowed. However, the validity period shall be restricted to three years. It is also open to the learned Trial Judge to stipulate appropriate conditions. Based on the order to

be passed by the learned Trial Judge, the first respondent will re-issue the passport to the petitioner."
