2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed for the order, dated 14.03.2023 being set aside and the civil miscellaneous appeal being restored to file.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and C.M.A.No.1568 of 2018 is restored to file.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.D.Bhaskaran for the second respondent in the cause list. Post the main C.M.A.No.1568 of 2018 on 24.11.2023.
