Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ or order or direction in the nature of writ of declaration of the election of the general council held on various dates from 05.12.2014 to 31.01.2015 as illegal, null and void and further direct the 4th respondent to conduct election afresh by to strictly adhering the election code of conduct. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with an amended prayer.
