2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner handed over Demand Draft bearing No.023439 for the value of Rs.21,000/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand only) and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has received the same.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
