The petitioner retired from service as Assistant Town Planning Officer of Coimbatore Corporation. Since proceedings were pending against him departmentally, he was not paid the benefits. The petitioner therefore submitted an appeal before the second respondent on 20.08.2014 requesting to release the amount payable to him. The present request is to direct the second respondent to dispose of the said appeal on merits.
2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 20.08.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
