ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenu - S.J.Jishnuram, aged 12 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for production of the detenue, who is none other than his son.
2. The petitioner, detenu and the 3rd respondent are present today. On enquiry, the petitioner gives a different picture than that of the one given by the detenu and the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
When, we asked the detenu as to whether he would like to talk to the petitioner, he has steadfastly refused by giving his own version.
3. Suffice to state that we do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter. The 3rd respondent has also told us in clear terms, that he has no intention to rejoin the petitioner. This Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
