The learned Principal Sub Judge, Kancheepuram has addressed a letter vide D.No.893/2023 to the Registrar-General, High Court, Madras on 27.07.2023 stating that LAOP No.10 of 2017 is pending for private service of notice on the claimants C-3, C-4 and C-5 and the case was posted on 27.07.2023.

2. The Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram has pendency of 5,457 cases as on date and a minimum of hundred to two hundred cases are listed for hearing.

3. The learned Principal Sub Judge, Kancheepuram has raised other difficulties in disposing of the case.

Svn dispose of all such similar cases, within a stipulated period.

5. A practical and pragmatic approach in this regard is imminent and considering the facts, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of this matter as expeditiously as possible.
