ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.04.2026 and 30.04.2026.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the 2nd respondent on 17.04.2026 and 30.04.2026, and the same are still pending without any progress.
4.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaints lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and dispose of the same, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
