ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8728 of 2026 dated 07.04.2026, by

which this Court directed the petitioners to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station, daily at 10.30 and 05.30.p.m., for a period of 15 days and thereafter as and when required.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court had directed them to comply with the reporting condition before the Race Course Police Station for a period of fifteen days. However, the 1st petitioner is a senior citizen and finds it difficult to stay at Coimbatore. He has, however, complied with the condition for a period of seven days, which fact was also admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.8728 of 2026 vide order dated 07.04.2026, is relaxed, and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 01-06-2026 GBI
