When this case is listed under the caption for being mentioned, the learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff would submit that even though final decree dated 29.04.2022 has been passed by this Court in the aforesaid case on the basis of Joint Memo Compromise, the suit schedule property was not transferred in favour of the plaintiff.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff, the Decree holder is hereby directed to approach the Sub-Registrar concerned for registering the final decree passed by this Court without any further delay within a period of two weeks. TheRegistrar is hereby directed to register the said decree.
