Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.01.2016 and 01.02.2016 and take a decision thereon regarding the transfer or allotment of Land Bank area at Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Salem Housing Unit, Namakkal NHS Phase IV in Survey No.40/3 part and 4 part of Kondichettipatty Village, Namakkal Taluk and District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made the following endorsement:

Both representations have been considered by the respondents. Hence, the Writ Petition become infructuous."
