ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the ExParte Preliminary Decree Dated 25.10.2016 and pendency of Final Decree proceeding in I.A.No.153/2018 in O.S.No.17/2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvarur.

2. Heard Ms.C.S.Vedavalli, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the final decree in the Partition Suit in O.S.No.17 of 2015 had been made in the month of November i.e., on 27.11.2019. Hence the present Revision Petition has been infructuous.

5. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek liberty for the petitioner to challenge the final decree proceedings in the manner known to law.

6. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. If the petitioner seeks an appropriate remedy in the manner known to law, the period of pendency of this revision, namely from the date of filing till the date of this order shall stand excluded by application of the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
