When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents represented that this civil revision petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.6 of 2021 in O.S.No.13 of 2019 dated 24.02.2022 but the said O.S.No.13 of 2019 was disposed of by the Trial Court. Since the main suit in O.S.No.13 of 2019 itself was disposed of by the Trial Court, the present petition has become infructuous. 1/3
