ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 03.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11675 of 2026 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the concerned satisfaction court was erroneously mentioned as the "learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram", instead of the "learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram". Accordingly, the Paragraph No.7 in the order dated 03.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11675 of 2026, is modified as follows: "7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, on condition that the petitioner shall executed a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, and on further conditions: "

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised Paragraph No.7 in place of the original paragraph and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.

5. Consequently, the petitioner is granted a further period of one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready for production of sureties and compliance with the anticipatory bail conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11675 of 2026, dated 03.06.2026.
