The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.6358 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a Relaxation Petition in Crl.M.P.No.7428 of 2020 and this Court by order dated 15.12.2020, had modified the condition to report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. However in the order copy, it reflects as to "report before the respondent police station on the first week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Hence, he seeks for appropriate orders.

ksa-2 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to correct the 4th paragraph of the order dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.7428 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2020 as follows and issue a fresh order copy. "4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.7428 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14342 of 2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st Monday of every month until further orders.
