Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the first respondent to dispose of her representation dated 20.09.2014.

.The case of the petitioner is that she joined the third respondent College as Temporary English Lecturer on 11.07.2005. Whileso, the third respondent notified the vacancy that arose for the post of Lecturer (English) to the Employment Exchange and five candidates were sponsored by the Employment Exchange and they were invited for certificate verification. Only one candidate by name Sadhana turned up for certificate verification, however, one Charumathi was appointed as Lecturer English. Aggrieved by the selection of the said Sadhana, the petitioner tendered her letter of resignation and made a representation dated 20.09.2014 to the first respondent against the selection process with copies to the respondents 2 and 3. Though the petitioner's resignation was accepted, no action was taken on her representation dated 20.09.2014. Hence, this writ petition.

.The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that two candidates, by names, Sadhana and Charumathi appeared for certificate verification and interview. The said Charumathi had 14 years experience apart from the academic qualification and hence, she was selected by the Selection Committee and was appointed. It is further stated that the petitioner resigned the post and left the College stating that she is going to appear for an interview in the Teachers Recruitment Board.

.It is revealed from the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent that the petitioner has resigned her job and joined some other service and that one Charumathi was appointed as Lecturer (English). Hence, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 6.Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
