ORDER

Aggrieved by the order dated 12.02.2020 in Cr.MP.No. 620 of 2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmpauri, the present revision is filed.

2. The respondent police has registered a case against the

petitioner in Crime No. 294 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 506(i) and 12 of TNG Act. Pending investigation, the petitioner filed a petition under Section 451 & 457 of CrPC for return of property. The said petition was dismissed by the trial Court. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present revision petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that after completion of investigation, the charge sheet has been laid before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri in C.C.No. 263 of 2020. After trial, the trial Court had disposed the main case itself by acquitting the petitioner, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, the present revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 04.01.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ak
