When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Section 41A Cr.P.C., summon was served to the accused.

Based upon the confession statement given by one of the accused, the petitioners were called upon for enquiry, but, they have not cooperated for enquiry. 2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
