ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged violation of the orders passed by this Court in WMP No.7535 of 2020 in W.P.No.6382 of 2020, dt.11.03.2020, dt.11.03.2020.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 26.02.2021, has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Wall has been demolished and the petitioner will construct a Wall as undertaken before this Court during the previous hearing.

This contempt petition is accordingly closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed.
