O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13663 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020, that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13663 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
