This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to number the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 451 of Cr.P.C seeking for the return of certain documents.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court below is not even entertaining the petition on the ground that the investigation is pending.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to take the petition on file and consider it in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders in the petition within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
