Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land in Survey No.290/1 and 294/8 having total extent of 3 acres 79 cents situated at Kaadachanallur Village, Pallipalayam Sub Division, Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District vide Patta No.146 and consequently consider petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2020 respectively within stipulated time framed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct a survey and to fix the boundaries considering the application submitted by the petitioner on 23.6.2020.

2. Mr.Arul Dass, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry on 2.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the 2nd respondent will scrutinize the documents presented by the petitioner and will take the decision to conduct a survey with respect to the subject property within the time limit stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the process strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
