Prayer in W.P.No. 22616 of 2016 :-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 to 5 herein from either sanctioning the layout or permitting any construction within the prohibitory distance of 500/300 Metres from the petitioner's
patta land stone quarry/stone crushing unit admeasuring 6.5 acres comprised in S.F.No.263/2A situated at Pappampatti Village Prayer in W.P.No. 22617 of 2016 :-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 to 5 herein from either sanctioning the layout or permitting any construction within the prohibitory distance of 500/300 Metres from the petitioner's patta land stone/stone crushing unit admeasuring 1.5 acres comprised in S.F.No.172/1A situated at Pappampalli Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
