W.M.P.No.6301 of 2023 in W.P.No.25593 of 2009 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the Writ Petition in W.P.No.25593 of 2009 on the file of this Court, which was dismissed for default on 19.06.2019.

2. Already, this Court vide order dated 16.02.2023 condoned the delay of 390 days in filing the restoration petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the writ miscellaneous petition is ordered and the writ petition in W.P.No.25593 of 2009 is restored.

4. Registry is directed to list the writ petition on 28.11.2023, for final disposal.
