(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the conditions for further period of two weeks granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14205 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 07.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 14205 of 2020, however, he got the order copy on 28.10.2020. Therefore, the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks extension of time. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
