This writ petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.1114/Aa1/Elementary Education/2023, dated 31.05.2023, deploying the 4th respondent to the Petitioner school, and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent has been re-deployed from the petitioner School to some other School and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and no further proceedings are required. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
