Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of Gazette Notification No.19 dated 22.01.2010 regard to the impugned amendment made in Act 27 of 1975 in Section 9 (2) (c) of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, dated 22.01.2010 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as null and void and consequently

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition raising the issue of constitutional validity, as he states that what he is aggrieved by is actually the particular action of the respondents and thus, seeks liberty to impugn that decision. 2.Liberty granted.
