Mr.U.Jugal Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner (after some arguments) sought permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition, but made a fervent request to this Court to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with the same/similar relief as the three communications referred to in the impugned communication dated 26.07.2021 have not been placed before this Court.
2. Learned counsel submits that he would be more cautious in the days to come. This request is acceded to.
3. Captioned Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner.
