O R D E R

This petition has been filed for transferring the case in M.C.No.7 of 2012 from the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore to any other Court on the ground that the Presiding Officer of the said Court is not acting fairly.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the said Presiding Officer of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, has been transferred, and therefore the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. Since M.C.No.7 of 2012 is pending from 2012, the trial Court is directed to conduct trial expeditiously and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
