ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2020, seeking to record his widowed daughter's name (Jayanthi) as the nominee in his service records to receive the family pension and other benefits after his death, within a reasonable time.

Mr.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, the learned counsel for the first respondent, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2020 was considered and orders have been passed and the name of his daughter Jayanthi has been included in the service records for the purpose of considering family pension. He further submitted that the said

Jayanthi has been given with an application to provide details and once she submits the necessary application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass necessary orders.
