O R D E R

The petitioner has made a representation on 1.10.2015 to the 1st respondent seeking issuance of patta for the property situated in Thathampatty village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. On receipt of the same, office of the 1st respondent passed an order by recording his name in the very separate patta as well as joint patta. However, as the same has not been entered in the electronic records despite the order passed, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the above and taking note of the proceedings dated 3.10.2015 in R.T.R. Na.Mu.10586/2015-A2, a direction is hereby issued to the 1st respondent to make necessary entry in the revenue records including the electronic one within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 07.01.2016 Index:Yes/No usk
