This application has been filed by the applicant/third defendant to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the written statement.

Though the learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection to allow this application and also the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give opportunity to the applicant/third defendant to contest the suit, this application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only). The applicant / third defendant is directed to pay the abovesaid costs to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 31.07.2024.
