This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.43 of 2020 dated 25.04.2024 on the file of Sessions Court, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur pending disposal of C.A.No.758 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
