Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to constitute an expert committee (highly intellectuals from various departments) headed by a Hon'ble Retired High Court Judge to reduce the crime rate, maintain the law and order in a peaceful manner and to curtail all illegal activities and make observation and suggestion and guidelines and submit report to the Hon'ble Court and on the basis of the report the Hon'ble Court should direct the respondents to take appropriate action within a stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2016.
