The petitioner, apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 303(2) of BNS, in Crime No.328 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had committed theft of two wheeler - 4 Nos. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would also submit that he has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is pending and submit that the stolen property has not been fully recovered. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the stolen property is yet to be recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
